- 30 g Swerve Powdered Sugar
- 8 g Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 40 g Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
Prep the Rolls. Preheat oven to 325°F. Slice the entire sheet of rolls horizontally (like a giant sandwich bun), keeping them connected.
Make the Filling. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, Swerve, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in softened light butter and sugar-free maple syrup until a smooth paste forms. Spread evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Place the top half back on.
Add the Zero-Cal Topping. Lightly mist the roll tops with non stick cooking spray so topping sticks. Mix sweetener and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly across the tops.
Time to bake. Wrap rolls loosely in foil. Bake for 8 minutes until warmed through and the filling is gooey. Leave covered for 1–2 minutes out of the oven to finish steaming.
Make the Frosting Add all frosting ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth, scraping sides if needed. Adjust with extra almond milk for a thick but spreadable consistency.
Frost & Serve. Frost rolls 2–3 minutes after baking while still warm. Spread generously so it melts slightly into the cracks. Then take out a roll and enjoy!
